REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 1st January 2025.
At Afriomarkets, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and receipts.
Certain items such as perishable goods, digital products, and personalized items are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
Contact Afriomarkets Customer Support via [email protected] to initiate a return.
Ship the item back to the designated return address within 3 business days of approval.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items based on availability and once the defective item is duly reported and returned as per our return policy and within specified timelines.
