Platform: Refers to Afriomarkets, including the website and mobile application.

User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the platform.

Seller: A third-party vendor offering goods or services on Afriomarkets.

Buyer: A customer purchasing goods or services from Afriomarkets.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

PAYMENT AND TRANSACTIONS

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers such as Flutterwave, Paystack, Stripe and other Payment gateways that Afriomarkets might implement in future.

Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise.

Afriomarkets is not liable for payment failures caused by third-party payment processors.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Order fulfillment is subject to seller availability. Delivery timelines vary based on location and logistics partners.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Buyers may return eligible products as per our Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

USER CONDUCT

Users must not engage in fraud, hacking, spamming, or any illegal activities.

Afriomarkets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Afriomarkets is not liable for third-party seller misrepresentation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Anambra, Enugu, Abuja or Lagos, Nigeria.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time, with notice provided on the platform.
